What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a large, fast-paced facility
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ER setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per protocols
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations to stabilize and assist patients
• Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare standards

What You Need

• Active Kansas or compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• 3+ years of ER experience

Preferred:

• 5+ years of ER experience in a large facility
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations
