Role Overview: L3 Onsite Functional Support Consultant provides Level 3 functional support for financial modules across Order-to-Cash (O2C). L3 Support is required across Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, AR, B2B, AGIS (Advance Global Intercompany System), GL and related O2C modules. This role requires deep understanding of order flows, pricing configuration, fulfilment processes, AR integrations, and revenue recognition interactions.

This Role focuses on resolving functional break-fix incidents and data integrity issues, primarily by executing well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include providing support during month-end close, assisting in smoke testing, performing in-depth root cause analysis for recurring & non-recurring issues, and supporting new enhancements/projects by taking knowledge transitions from the product teams, all while continuously identifying opportunities to automate these SOP-driven tasks.


Key Responsibilities

1. Act as L3 functional escalation point for Oracle EBS R12 O2C related modules.
2. Troubleshoot complex OM, Pricing, Shipping, AR, AGIS issues at Level 3.
3. Analyse and resolve medium to complex functional issues that cannot be resolved by L2 support.
4. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and support permanent fixes.
5. Support integrations with AR and AGIS.
6. Resolve functional break-fix calls either permanently or by workarounds.
7. Handle issues related to data in the production instance.
8. Follow up on SRs, patches, and issues to ensure resolution
9. Conduct training for power users on the application and support functionalities.
10. Conduct root cause analysis and error detection/correction
11. Provide 24/7 in-person or Zoom support for priority / critical day-to-day operational issues.
12. Provide 24/7 in-person or Zoom support for month-close activities
13. Monitor integrations for data leakage and error handling
14. Perform smoke testing after planned/unplanned system outages to ensure stability
15. Resolve functional issues related to Oracle E-Business Suite modules such as: Order-To-Cash (O2C) support across Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, AR, AGIS and related O2C modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 functional support experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  
  
  • O2C: OM, AR, GL, AGIS.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Deep knowledge of O2C data models, tables, and integrations.
• Expertise with APIs, Interfaces and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience with Level 3 support, RCA, and solution governance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a 24x7 or enterprise support environment
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and escalate issues effectively
