**Required Experience, Certifications, and Licensure:** 1. **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification - Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test 2. **Licensure:** - Nursys License/Certificate Verification 3. **Professional Submissions:** - Ascension Badge Photo - Driver's License/State ID - Ascension 2 Professional References - Ascension Profile **Preferred or Additional Submissions Not Required for Onboarding:** - Health-related submissions such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap vaccination records, and other health statements. This ensures alignment with the requirements specified for potential applicants in the job opening at the high acuity critical care department.
