Assistant Property Manager

Job Description Experience 2+ years of property management experience (ideally with single-family homes). Property & Lease Management Ability to show properties, manage tenant relations, and handle lease administration (signings, renewals, move-ins/outs). Maintenance Coordination Experience troubleshooting basic property issues, sourcing quotes, and scheduling contractors/handymen. Light Bookkeeping Comfort with tracking rent collections, managing minor expenses, and processing invoices. Computer & Tech Savvy Strong proficiency with standard digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and digital file organization. Social Media Advertising Comfort creating and promoting rental listings on social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, etc.). Property Management Software (Plus) Prior experience with Yardi or similar software (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) is highly preferred but not required. Project Management (Plus) Strong organizational skills to oversee property turnovers and minor renovation projects. Personal Assistant Capabilities Willingness to run local errands (picking up supplies, key drops, post office runs) and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks. Reliable Transportation Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle to travel from the office to nearby properties.
