Job Summary This role is ideal for an ambitious, motivated professional looking to launch a career in staffing business development. You will work alongside experienced team members to build client relationships, support business development initiatives, and develop a strong foundation in the staffing industry. Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and qualifying new client relationships for temporary and temp-to-perm roles across Accounting & Finance, Administrative Support, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing Support business development efforts targeting client and prospect lists nationally Help maintain and grow relationships with current and prospective clients under the guidance of senior team members Participate in cross-selling efforts, cold calling, networking, and prospect research Stay current on trends and developments in the staffing and recruiting industry Assist in executing business development strategies to support the growth of the temporary staffing division Work collaboratively with the team to contribute toward revenue and activity goals Support senior staff in identifying new business opportunities across clients, industries, and markets Help develop and present tailored staffing solutions for clients' temporary workforce needs Demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Requirements 0–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or a related business services environment Genuine interest in the staffing industry and a desire to grow within it Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Self-starter with solid organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with CRM or staffing software a plus (Crelate experience a bonus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Abacus Group, LLC
