This position is responsible for setting up and operating offset printing presses, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring production goals are met. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate lithographic offset printing presses
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
- Review job specifications and production schedules
- Troubleshoot minor press and print issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
- Complete quality and production documentation
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- 2+ years of offset printing press experience
- Experience with color matching and quality control
- Ability to read job tickets and production specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Manufacturing or commercial printing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an entire shift
