RN | Registered Nurse - Primary Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dedicated healthcare team in a regional setting within the Midwest. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple departments in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support by floating between various departments as needed.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment options and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing school is required. Candidates must hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, or certification as a Medical Assistant, with eligibility to practice in the regional state.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong independent work ethic, creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to calm and support distressed or agitated patients and their families.
• Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements.
