Waukegan Community Unit School District No. 60 serves nearly 13,000 students in preschool through grade 12 and is located halfway between Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Michigan. Our District has one early learning center, 15 elementary schools, five middle schools and a high school program divided between two 9 12th grade campuses. The District encompasses portions of Waukegan, Beach Park and Park City.
Responsibilities:
- Empty trash
- Sanitize/clean fixtures
- Dry mop and sweep
- Empty trash & sharpener
- Spot wet mop
- Low dust
- Spot clean walls/partitions
- Clean mirrors
- Fill dispensers
- Vacuum carpet/runners
- Spot clean walls
- Clean glass
- Full wet mop
- Clean sink
- High and low dust
- Clean chalk/white boards
Time Room or Area Duties:
2:15 p.m. Custodial Area Punch in, prepare equipment PE Offices 126 & 127 Office steps 1-5 daily, 6-7 weekly including washrooms Washroom steps 1-7 daily, 8 weekly Classrooms 102 thru 105, 109 thru 112 Classroom steps 1-6 daily, 7-9 weekly 117 thru 120, 128-131 Band room 124 Including washrooms in classrooms Washrooms steps 1-7 daily, 8 weekly Boy's and girl's washrooms main lobby. Washrooms steps 1-7 daily, 8 weekly 105A and 105B Gym & Stage Dust mop, spot mop daily, full wep mop weekly Corridors from room 102 10 146 end of corridor Corridors steps 1-5 daily, 6 weekly Corridors from room 109 thru 129 North and northeast stairwells Dust mop, spot mop daily, full wet mop weekly Other projects as assigned
