This position is neither an instructional coach nor a principal. You won't find yourself trapped in endless meetings or administrative tasks. Instead, you'll be present in classrooms—evaluating student and Guide performance, leading workshops on focus, communication, accountability, and resilience, and coaching children and adults alike toward quantifiable progress. What You Will Be Doing Use performance data, classroom observations, and targeted feedback to coach Guides and students toward measurable gains. Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching that links student motivation with academic independence and progress. Develop and iterate on reusable coaching frameworks that improve performance across the entire Guide team. Mentor and train Guides while consistently demonstrating exemplary coaching and facilitation practices. Handling campus operations, budget oversight, or parent communication; your priority is people development and outcome improvement. Basic Requirements Available to work on‑site at an Alpha campus in Miami, FL or New York City, NY; we provide relocation support Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Organizational Leadership, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years working with elementary‑aged children (roughly ages 5‑9). Proven experience leading teams of five or more, including responsibilities for performance management and hiring. Track record of building, launching, or substantially growing a program, team, initiative, or school—not simply sustaining an existing operation. Documented success leveraging data and measurable outcomes to enhance team or student performance. Enthusiastic about questioning traditional education models and adopting a coaching‑centered methodology. Authorized to work legally in the United States. Nice-to-have Requirements Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Familiarity with dashboards, analytics, or performance tracking systems to support ongoing improvement.
