Attorney- Condo Association and Collections

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Condo Association & Collections Attorney to spearhead and manage our thriving Community Association Collections practice. This is a pivotal leadership role within the firm, ideal for a seasoned practitioner who excels at navigating high-volume legal environments while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will not only possess deep expertise in HOA and condominium collections but will also serve as a mentor, strategist, and department leader. Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the association collections lifecycle, including demand letters, lien enforcement, and foreclosure actions. Team Management: Direct, mentor, and manage the daily workflow and performance of a dedicated team of paralegals and legal support staff. Strategic Advising: Provide sophisticated legal counsel and strategic guidance to association boards, property managers, and firm clients. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with evolving state statutes, association governing documents, and firm-wide procedural standards. Culture & Accountability: Foster a positive, high-performance environment rooted in accountability, professional development, and exceptional client service. Qualifications & Skills HOA/Condo Expertise: Significant experience representing condominium and homeowners’ associations, with a deep understanding of Florida community association law. Proven Track Record: Robust background in community association collections, lien foreclosures, and related litigation matters. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize a team of paralegals and support staff in a high-volume practice environment.
