Hours: Full-time, Monday–Saturday

About the Role

Become a part of the NAPA Auto Parts – Nittany Supply Inc team in Philipsburg ! As a Counter Sales Associate , you’ll provide excellent customer service to our local community while helping customers find the right automotive parts and accessories. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, perfect for someone who enjoys working with automobiles and people.

Key Responsibilities

Assist our customers in locating the correct automotive parts and accessories
Answer product questions and offer solutions to fit customer needs
Accurately process sales transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
Work closely with team members to support overall store operations

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service preferred
Passion or knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive, and team-focused mindset
