Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional Float Pool. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside. This role offers a $20/hour regional float differential!

Position Specifics:

• Department: Regional Float Pool
• Core Function: Nursing
• Schedule: Nights, Part Time, 7:00pm - 7:00am
• Facility: St. Elizabeth's Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Holy Family Hospital
• Location: O'Fallon, IL, Highland, IL, Breese, IL, and Greenville, IL

Education:

Diploma or Associates degree in nursing is required.

Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Experience:

2 years of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred.

Certificates Licenses Registrations:

Illinois: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.

Wisconsin: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Certification in area of specialty is preferred but in some cases may be required to float.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24
