Position Overview The Houseperson supports the housekeeping department by ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and well stocked. This role is essential to delivering a seamless and luxurious guest experience by assisting Room Attendants and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the property. What You’ll Do Housekeeping Support & Operations Assist Room Attendants with cleaning, stocking, and preparing guest rooms to luxury standards. Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and linen items as directed. Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recyclables to designated service areas. Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Public Area & Service Area Maintenance Clean, sanitize, and maintain public areas, corridors, elevators, and service spaces. Support turndown service and special guest requests as needed. Report maintenance issues, guest requests, and lost-and-found items promptly and accurately. Safety, Standards & Guest Interaction Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel standard operating procedures. Maintain a professional, courteous, and discreet demeanor with guests and team members at all times. Support housekeeping operations during peak periods and special events as required. What You’ll Bring Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Experience Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Required Skills and Abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and high standards. Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods. Basic English communication skills; additional language skills preferred.
