Overview

Are you passionate about investments, data analysis, and helping drive better outcomes for clients?

As an Associate Analyst I , you will partner with experienced analysts to research, evaluate, and monitor investment solutions aligned with the firm's long-term philosophy. In this role, you'll build foundational expertise in investment analysis while contributing meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support analysts in researching, evaluating, and monitoring investment strategies and portfolio solutions

• Prepare materials for meetings and calls, including research summaries, recommendations, and analysis

• Conduct performance and attribution analysis to support investment evaluations

• Utilize tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and internal systems to gather, analyze, and maintain data

• Provide timely insights and updates on performance and market developments to stakeholders

• Communicate findings clearly and concisely, tailoring messaging to different audiences

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to discussions, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or related area

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Progress toward or interest in obtaining CFA designation

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain per department guidelines)

• Experience with investment research tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or similar platforms

• Exposure to data analysis tools or programming languages such as Python or R

• Interest in applying advanced analytics or AI tools to investment research

Technical & Professional Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and investment data

• Strong problem-solving and research capabilities

• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools, systems, and concepts
