Responsibilities Client Collaboration: Present technical design solutions directly to architecture and design firms and their fabricators. Digital Fabrication Setup: Create, clean, and optimize vector files and toolpaths for CNC machining and precision laser cutting equipment. Prototyping: Oversee the fabrication of physical mock‑ups, collaborating directly with shop craftsmen to troubleshoot production challenges on the floor. Estimating CAD and CNC project costs. Product Development: Work with design and sales teams in design and development of premium interior metal materials, both in‑house and vendor‑sourced. Hands‑on fabrication. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in architectural product design, high‑end millwork/metal fabrication, or related fields. Strong computer skills (CAD, Adobe Creative Suite) and practical design and fabrication skills, ideally with metal. Ability to work independently or within a team, and willingness to work in‑person at the Easthampton facility. Excellent presentation and client communication abilities.
