Member Services Specialist - Growth & Guest Experience

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based out of Austin, TX, is seeking team players for front desk roles at our clubs. Provide exceptional customer service, check members in, host tours for prospective members, and assist with new account sign-ups. You will maintain member accounts, respond to questions, perform cleaning duties, close shifts, and handle basic deposits. Must be 18+, HS diploma, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to work 3rd shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr Planet Fitness
