Qualifications Shift Leaders should possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate a commitment to quality service, and be able to motivate a team to maintain high standards. Skills Leadership, communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. Behaviors Team orientation, accountability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges. Preferred High School diploma or equivalent. Experience 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail. Licenses & Certificates None required.
