Oncology Sales Representative

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the oncology sector within the Arizona territory. Promote and sell oncology products and solutions to exceed sales targets and objectives. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders. Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers to facilitate effective use of BD's oncology solutions. Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive strategic sales initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical affairs, and customer service, to enhance the customer experience. Attend industry conferences and events to represent BD and promote product offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• A clean 3-year motor vehicle report.

Desired Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the B2B, medical or pharmaceutical industries.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
