Provide expert technical mentorship and troubleshooting support across production areas. Qualifications & Requirements 4+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred. Strong technical knowledge of boilers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment. Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and decision‑making skills. Proficiency in data analysis and technical documentation (blueprints, P&IDs).
