Position Overview:

We are busy Vascular Surgery office, looking for an experienced, professional Vascular Ultrasound Technologist/RVT to perform non-invasive venous and arterial ultrasounds. Your expertise will focus on peripheral vascular examinations, and you will collaborate closely with our physicians and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient evaluations. This position is open to both experienced RVTs and those willing to be trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-invasive venous and arterial ultrasounds, focusing on lower and upper extremity examinations.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to provide accurate and comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Assist physicians during patient procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ultrasound techniques, procedures, operating ultrasound equipment and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of vascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with medical staff.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Studies performed may include :

• Arterial Doppler Lower & Upper extremities, ABIs, Venous Duplex Lower & Upper extremities, Carotid Duplex, Vein Mapping, Hemodialysis Access, Mesenteric, Renal, Aorta, etc.
