Product Operating Model Lead Hybrid IT Transformation

Entech

Entech is seeking a senior-level Product Operating Model practitioner to lead the implementation of a modern product operating model within our IT organization in a hybrid role based in Folsom, NJ. You will embed with the VP of IT, establish mechanics, coach leaders, translate product and agile principles into an operating model, and work hands-on to drive day-to-day transformation. The ideal candidate has implemented Product Operating Models multiple times and brings a practical playbook to #J-18808-Ljbffr
