Role Overview As a Customer Care Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily customer service interactions, assisting with policy updates and claims support, and ensuring customers receive prompt, accurate service. You will also conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage within the existing book of business. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing service excellence with thoughtful coverage recommendations.
