responsibilities:

• Act as the lead safety personnel on projects and demonstrate advanced leadership and accountability.

• Provide high-level safety management and offer proactive safety solutions to the project management team. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.

• Conduct training sessions, presentations, and safety orientations for new hires or subcontractors. Show excellent communication, organizational and motivational skills.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety training programs and policies. Expert knowledge of safety policies and proceedures is critical.

• Responsible for all OSHA correspondence on the project.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Develop the Pre-task Analysis process.

• Effectively manage safety risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

• Advanced knowledge of excavations, concrete and steel construction is required.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
