This team delivers disruptive digital strategies that create consumer value by maximizing brand concepts in service of making athlete dreams real.

Who We Are Looking For
A Community Manager who sits at the intersection of culture conversation and craft within social.
The Community Management Specialist actively seeks out participates in and shapes conversations across key workstreams seasonal campaigns and the always-on daily offense in ways that feel authentic timely and athlete-led.

Track A (Global Football): passionate about global football/soccer and the culture of the game with a real understanding of the sports nuances and how to connect with the consumer.

Track B (Flagship & Sportswear): passionate about sport (all sport) and sportswear sneaker culture streetwear counter-culture and emerging trends in fashion; great writing skills a good sense of humour and a genuine love of seeking out the next meaningful conversation online.
Someone with a finger on the pulse of sport culture and youth who brings ideas for how the brand can connect and deliver consumer value.

What You Will Work On
Work within the Global Digital Marketing team in a critical supporting role to the daily social offense helping deliver disruptive ideas and orchestrating digital experiences that drive growth across footwear and apparel.
Support the Global Digital Marketing Leads and Experts on larger-scale marketing plans.
Attend and contribute to meetings with cross-functional and geo partners representing the digital conversation in the development and execution of marketing plans.
Manage comments and community conversation across the brands flagship and sportswear handles working closely alongside community managers.
Drive meaningful conversation across Instagram TikTok YouTube X and Threads.

Who You Will Work With
Reports into senior Global Digital Marketing leadership (Global Social Media Director / Sr Director Global Digital Marketing).
In a matrixed organization partners closely with Global Brand Management Integrated Media Social Comms Sports Marketing and Creative in Global and with Geography partners in North America APLA Greater China and EMEA.
Works with external agencies as needed to bring work to life.

MUST-HAVE
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education experience and training.
3 years of social and community management experience.
Extremely confident writer with a natural human voice able to take on brand tone and switch by channel and placement.
Expertise and knowledge of youth culture athlete mindset and genuine excitement for sport culture Track A: global football; Track B: sneaker streetwear and subculture (music gaming fashion art design also wOur Companyome).
Fluent in the language rituals and motivations of different football/style communities and knows how to enter conversation in ways that add value spark thought and invite participation.
Strong social listening instincts able to find the right conversation not just respond to mentions.
Ability to engage thoughtfully in conversations that are provocative motivational or insight-led without feeling brand-forward.
Client of the brand: proven experience representing brands and keeping branding and tone consistent.
Clear understanding of social platforms engagement mechanics reposting best practices and community norms.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills spots patterns themes and cultural signals across conversation.
Effective communicator written and verbal; great interpersonal skills and teamwork mentality across brand creative paid media retail social and comms.
Agile mentality; comfortable working independently in a fast-moving social environment while collaborating cross-functionally.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with key tools such as Airtable Keynote and Figma.
Sharp eye for athlete and community content across Instagram TikTok YouTube and X.
Portfolio with examples and visualization of work.
Stakeholder management managing up moving work through approvals building trust.
Experience with flagship/partnership deals.
Backgrounds from competitor brands fashion sports music film marketing or the arts.
Recent large consumer/retail brand experience.
Proactive and creative thinker.

Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education experience and training.
