License: Active State License to Practice

Certifications: BLS and ACLS from an approved vendor

Must-Have: No hits on the state license to practice Driver's license to verify residency Endoscopy skills checklist completed in the last 12 months Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days

Description: 4 call shifts required per month, including 2 weeknight and 2 weekend shifts. Rotation signup will be necessary. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days. No requests for time off during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. All shifts and departments the candidates are experienced and willing to work in should be specified. All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. It is important to inform if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. Compliance requirements must be reviewed as soon as possible.
