Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Customer Service Associate That can speak Spanish and English to join our team. This position involves loading and unloading materials, assisting customers, preparing quotes and invoices, and helping maintain an organized warehouse/yard environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-friendly, comfortable with physical work, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload fencing and building materials
• Assist customers with product information and orders
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Create quotes, invoices, and process customer orders
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse/yard
• Help with deliveries and general warehouse duties as needed
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, yard, customer service, or sales experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors when needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for quotes and invoicing
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Forklift experience is required
