Overview
A leading financial services organization is seeking an Assistant Director, Field Growth & Engagement to act as a strategic partner to field leadership teams. The role focuses on advisor growth, engagement, practice development, change management, and helping financial advisors maximize the value of their affiliation with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with field leaders to develop annual advisor growth and engagement plans.
- Align advisor growth initiatives with local sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales enablement, wealth management, marketing, and advisor solutions.
- Support implementation of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and organizational changes.
- Improve local advisor support systems, services, and experiences.
- Serve as the primary contact for field leaders regarding advisor experience matters.
- Analyze advisor productivity and recommend performance improvement strategies.
- Identify risks, growth opportunities, and support needs within advisor practices.
- Assist with advisor retention, acquisitions, succession planning, and business growth initiatives.
- Communicate updates regarding compensation structures, fees, practice models, and advisor programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of advanced field consulting, client management, business consulting, or advisor-facing experience.
- Strong understanding of financial advisor business models and practice management.
- Knowledge of financial planning, wealth management, and risk solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Strong change management and strategic planning capabilities.
