Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals. Perform other job‑related duties as they become required. License Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama. CPR certification. Experience in long‑term care or a related setting a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
