Leads Division operations by planning short and long-range goals, budgets, and work plans aligned with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) priorities.
Oversees quality measurement strategies for ambulatory care settings under the Quality Payment Program (QPP) and Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
Supervises and manages Division staff, including assigning work and evaluating performance.
Advises Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) senior leadership on quality reporting and value-based purchasing program policy.
Coordinates with the medical community and external partners to develop and evaluate performance measures.
