The firm specializes in high-end interior renovations and fit-outs for corporate, financial, retail, and institutional clients, and closed out 2025 as its strongest revenue year to date.ResponsibilitiesRun commercial interior and tenant improvement construction projects start to finish: preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, execution, closeoutOwn project budgets, cost forecasting, billing, and change order negotiationAct as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, architects, engineers, and landlord representativesNegotiate GC/CM contracts and subcontractor agreements; resolve disputes and claimsSupervise Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and SuperintendentsBuild and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project; manage critical pathEnsure compliance with NYC DOB requirements, local building codes, and site safety programsManage RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation in Procore or equivalent softwareSupport business development through client relationships and proposal workRequired Qualifications10+ years of commercial construction project management experience5+ years specifically on interior fit-out, tenant improvement, or renovation projects in the NYC metro marketTrack record managing projects of $10M or more from start to finishWorking knowledge of NYC Building Code, DOB filing, and union labor environmentsProficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and BluebeamOSHA 30 certificationBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experienceCompensation and Benefits$175,000 - $200,000 base, commensurate with experienceAnnual performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchVehicle allowancePaid time off and holidaysConfidential search conducted on behalf of the hiring company.
