Position Overview:

As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering fast-paced, high-quality care to patients in urgent and often complex situations. Youll work with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients with acute injuries, illnesses, and trauma. In this dynamic environment, youll apply your clinical expertise, decision-making skills, and compassionate care to help stabilize patients and provide them with the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapidly assess, prioritize, and treat patients with a wide range of acute conditions, including trauma, cardiac issues, respiratory distress, and other emergencies

Collaborate with emergency physicians, technicians, and other team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Utilize advanced monitoring and diagnostic equipment to assess patient status and respond to changing conditions

Provide patient education on emergency treatment, follow-up care, and discharge instructions to ensure a safe transition

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient outcomes
