Store Manager Full Time ANTIOCH, TN, US Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $45,000.00 Annually About the Role: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. The Store Manager will analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and promotional strategies, driving store profitability. They will also implement training programs to enhance staff skills and foster a customer‑centric culture. Ultimately, the Store Manager ensures the store operates efficiently, meets business goals, and upholds the brand’s reputation within the community. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty retail or a similar environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively. Strong knowledge of retail sales processes, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with customer service training and staff development programs. Familiarity with retail management software and point‑of‑sale systems. Certification in retail management or related professional development courses. Experience managing specialty retail stores or high‑volume sales environments. Demonstrated ability to implement positive sales initiatives and improve store performance. Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed store sales goals and key performance indicators. Train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high team morale. Manage visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely replenishment. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required to support store operations.
