Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a CVOR RN to take an assignment in Corpus Christi, Texas.

**Required Experience and Skills:**- Minimum of two years of CVOR and EPIC charting experience- Cardiovascular (open-heart) cases experience- Ability to support general OR as needed**Preferred Experience:**- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty**Education:**- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred**Licensure and Certifications:**- BLS required- RN License in state of employment or compact**Leadership Experience:**- Meets expectations of applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders**Clinical Experience:**- Practices independently in the same or similar clinical setting- Provides routine and complex care- Develops ability to manage contingencies of clinical nursing- Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers**Skills and Qualifications:**- Awareness of all relevant aspects of clinical situations- Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation- Addresses complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families- Administers medications and treatments using appropriate protocol- Monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of prescribed treatments- Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given- Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and/or care givers.
