- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent industrial electrical certification
- 10+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Nobody familiar with NFPA 70E
- Technical skills in MCCs, VFDs, and motor controls
- Experience leading electricians, contractors, or technical teams
- Lead all plant electrical activities, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across multiple voltages
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, I/O, and communication issues
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and electrical work
- Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and emergency response activities
