Registered Nurse RN

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in homecare, providing patient-centered care for adult and pediatric clients in their homes. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care services. Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs and physician directives. Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness, and documenting outcomes. Responding to changes in patient conditions and communicating with healthcare team. Providing education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed. Qualifications And Skills Valid RN license for the practicing state. Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification. Preferred one year of RN experience.
