America’s Freedom Fuels, Inc.
America’s Freedom Fuels is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our busy convenience store locations.
We are not simply looking for someone to fill a schedule or hold a title. We are looking for a strong leader who can take ownership of a store, build a dependable team, maintain high standards, and help drive the business forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with management experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead people, and takes pride in running a clean, organized, profitable operation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the location and be accountable for the overall performance of the store, including:
Hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees
Creating and maintaining effective employee schedules
Holding team members accountable for attendance, performance, customer service, and company standards
Leading by example and creating a professional, positive work environment
Maintaining excellent customer service
Ensuring the store is clean, organized, stocked, and ready for business
Managing cash controls, deposits, paperwork, and daily operational procedures
Monitoring inventory, ordering, stocking, and product availability
Reducing waste, shortages, and preventable losses
Ensuring food-service and beverage areas meet company cleanliness and operational standards
Following company policies and all applicable safety and compliance requirements
Responding appropriately to staffing issues, call-outs, and unexpected operational challenges
Working closely with upper management to improve store performance
Taking true ownership of the location and its results

Has previous management or strong supervisory experience
Is dependable, responsible, and highly organized
Can lead with confidence while treating employees fairly and professionally
Is comfortable having difficult conversations and holding employees accountable
Can recognize problems and take action without waiting to be told every step
Understands that great management requires both leadership and hands-on involvement
Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Has strong communication and customer-service skills
Understands scheduling, labor control, inventory, cash handling, and daily operations
Takes pride in maintaining a clean, professional store
Is comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, email, and basic business technology
Is willing to work the schedule necessary to successfully operate the store

Gas stations
Grocery stores
Restaurants or food service
Retail management
High-volume customer service businesses
Multi-department operations
Strong management experience from another industry may also be considered.

Requirements
Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong attendance and dependability
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal retail-store duties
Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to pass all company-required pre-employment requirements
Pay is based on experience, leadership ability, and qualifications.
