Compensation: $1919 - $2312 | Shift: 3x12 days

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, plan, implement, and assess personalized patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and execute suitable care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner.
- Provide mentorship and support to the patient care team.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois is mandatory.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
