This person should be dynamic, motivated & dependable individual to join our team. Position Overview: Our Medical Assistants are versatile and fully trained in care coordination, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato therapy. This role is one of the most desirable and important positions within our support staff, offering a unique opportunity to expand your skills and contribute to a positive healthcare environment. We are looking for a full-time team member who is driven, charismatic & dependable. Hours would be Monday to Thursday 8:00AM - 7:00PM. Responsibilities: * Manage patient care including checking patients in, collecting vital signs, and preparing patients for Spravato and TMS treatment. * Coordinate appointments and maintain patient charts with accuracy and efficiency. * Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between providers and patients. * Handle financial aspects such as collecting payments and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar role. * Familiarity with medical office management systems and procedures. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
