Bilingual Legal Advocate/Intake Coordinator (Detained Immigrant Advocates) Posted on August 26, 2026 Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) seeks a full-time bilingual Legal Advocate, with a focus on intake coordination, to work in our Detained Immigrant Advocates (DIA) unit as part of our Tacoma office. Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish. The applicant must be able to start the position as soon as possible. A minimum two-year commitment to the position is expected. Our DIA Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for detained individuals and community members seeking assistance for their loved ones in detention. This role is shared by two team members who work closely together to manage all aspects of DIA’s administrative tasks. The Intake Coordinator will help manage and coordinate cases from the prescreen waitlist along with other NWIRP staff members. Full consideration will be given to those who apply by Friday, September 11, 2026 but applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the positions are filled. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwest Immigrant Rights Project
