Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to individuals seeking stress management, emotional balance, and enhanced overall well-being. \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, challenges, and personal therapy goals, adjusting mindfulness practices to address those needs effectively. \n
- Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and deep-breathing techniques that foster greater self-awareness and emotional stability. \n
- Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes designed around mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and effective stress management techniques. \n
- Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while promoting holistic growth and resilience. \n
- Collaborate proactively with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated treatment plan that encompasses a variety of therapeutic modalities. \n
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and tailored treatment plans using electronic health record systems. \n
- Engage in regular self-reflection and personal mindfulness practice to deepen your expertise, enhance session effectiveness, and contribute to professional growth. \n
You will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, and various mental health disorders. Our clients come from different backgrounds, and your skills in mindfulness interventions will be crucial in helping them cultivate awareness, resilience, and personal growth tailored to their circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona. \n
- Proficiency in integrating mindfulness concepts and practices into therapeutic interventions is essential. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a calming, supportive, and client-focused therapeutic environment. \n

- Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is strongly preferred, although not mandatory. \n
- Background in facilitating therapeutic groups or workshops focusing on mindfulness or emotion regulation is ideal. \n

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
