Responsibilities:

• You'll spend your days interacting with customers to assess their vehicle service needs.
• You'll prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely service.
• You'll provide customers with updates on their vehicle status and explain necessary repairs and costs and offer any special promotions
• You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service recommendations.
• You'll work collaboratively with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Required: Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer-facing role .
• Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Required: Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
• Preferred: Experience with automotive software and repair order systems.
