Job Title: Sales Estimator Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 (On-site) Company: Confidential (Express – Sheboygan, WI) Pay Range: $51,000 – $80,000 per year Type: Full-time, On-site Relocation Assistance: Not provided Experience Level: Mid–Senior (minimum 3 years preferred) Education: Bachelor's degree required Licensing: Valid driver's license required Incentive: 8% commission on gross revenue Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Estimator to join a growing team in the Sheboygan Falls area. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing customer accounts, and preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial coating and painting projects. Key Responsibilities Contact new and existing customers through cold calls, emails, and texts Build and update marketing materials and mailing lists Perform job site take-offs (measurements, access planning, surface prep evaluation) Gather pricing and product information from vendors Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals Create job instructions for field crews Order materials, coatings, and equipment (lifts, scaffolding, etc.) Follow up with customers after project completion Occasionally assist with phone inquiries Work closely with field crews each morning Requirements Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of estimating or related experience preferred Cold-calling and sales experience Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products (coatings) Comfortable working in industrial environments Strong communication and organizational skills Stable work history preferred Tools Used Excel (estimating) Word (proposals) CRM system (Maximizer) Schedule Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (or longer if needed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
