What You'll Do: Develop and design written and visual content for proposals, social media, the website, presentations, and company collateral, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut. Manage VPG's social media presence, including a 30-day content calendar, engagement tracking, and weekly performance reporting. Prepare and coordinate proposals and qualification packages from concept to submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment. Serve as the primary marketing administrator for the CRM, keeping contact and opportunity data accurate and up to date. Develop and distribute targeted email campaigns that keep messaging consistent across email, social, and web. Maintain and update both VPGConstruction.com and the internal VPGConnect site, keeping content current, on-brand, and accessible. Support company growth through market research, opportunity tracking, and attendance at pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and CapCut. Experience managing and updating Wix and WordPress websites. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent. An analytical mindset, comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision, accountability, and confidentiality. Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, approved work under deadline. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required. At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development; AEC industry experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to stand for long durations and perform motions such as bending, kneeling, or reaching as needed. Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
