The candidate will drive complex initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and align delivery with business objectives for measurable outcomes.**Responsibilities*** Leads complex, cross-functional program portfolios with full accountability for strategic planning, drive execution velocity, risk mitigation, and delivery across multiple teams globally.* Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs on key metrics.* Fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants.
