Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric ambulatory care team. The LPN will provide high-quality, family-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient clinic setting. This role supports physicians and nurse practitioners in delivering clinical services and ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of an RN or provider. Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, immunizations, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing. Assist with pediatric procedures and treatments. Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Educate patients and families on health maintenance, medications, and follow-up care. Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly clinical environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking of supplies and vaccines. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
