Our organization is excited to announce that we are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home 2026.’

Compensation Range: $40-$46 per hour, based on experience

Available Shifts:

• Full-time Days: 6 AM - 6 PM, Friday to Sunday
• Full-time Nights: 6 PM - 6 AM, Saturday to Monday
• Full-time Nights: 6 PM - 6 AM, Thursday to Saturday
• Part-time Evenings: 6 PM - 10 PM

As an RN, you will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to engage in the daily life of the residents
• Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
• Developing and initiating care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care
• Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members

To excel in this position, you should possess:

• A valid RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care
