Why You'll Love Working Here Shift Differential: Earn $2.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts Incentives: Extra pay for ASE certifications (Brakes, Suspension, PMs) Generous Benefits PTO accrual starting day one Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (multiple plan options) Employer contributions to Health Savings Account (bi-weekly) Employer-paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match after 1 year Career Growth: Opportunities to expand your skill set and advance in a growing company Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification Valid driver’s license Obtain a toolbox and the required tools Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs Replace brakes, repair suspensions, and conduct DOT/FHWA inspections Diagnose electrical systems and repair ABS brake systems Provide tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs Carry out structural repairs on trailers, including rear door replacements and washouts Troubleshoot APUs and provide road service calls Maintain a clean and organized shop and service company vehicles Operate forklifts, hoists, and other tools safely Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed Take a Closer Look Want to see our team in action?
