• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Schedule: Weekend day shift with a rotating weekly schedule; typically Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday
• Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Call: Call coverage is required
• Orientation: 8 hours of non-billable orientation with mandatory attendance

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN circulator experience required
• Active Indiana RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• ACLS certification through AHA required
• Experience in operating room nursing, surgical preparation, and case turnover preferred
• Ability to work independently while remaining resourceful and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and comfort supporting a variety of surgical specialties

Responsibilities

• Circulate and support a variety of surgical procedures in the operating room
• Assist with room setup, case preparation, and opening surgical cases
• Support trauma, general, colorectal, GYN, ortho, pediatric, NICU, breast, urology, plastics, ENT, and related cases as assigned
• Second circulate or scrub for select minor cardiovascular and neuro procedures when needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the perioperative team to maintain efficient patient flow
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative experience
• Adapt to a weekend-focused schedule and participate in required call coverage
