$45~$55 per hour

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Open Dental

Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of North Carolina.
Certifications: Current CPR and BLS Certification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital dental x-rays and patient charting. Experience with Open Dental software is preferred.
Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
Experience: Open to entry-level candidates with strong clinical training.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing; take high-quality digital radiographs (Bitewing x-rays).
Diagnostics: Conduct thorough periodontal charting and assessments to assist the dentist with treatment planning.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and health counseling.
Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and strictly follow all OSHA and healthcare infection control protocols.
