The Distribution Center Associate will focus on unloading trailers and picking customer orders using a forklift. As a Warehouse Associate at the MGS Germantown or MGS Richfield location, this role will assist in the daily processes of the distribution center. What You'll Do Picking and setting of raw materials and packaging for Manufacturing. Movement of components from inventory for assembly. Disposition of finished goods to warehouse inventory. Mixing and blending of raw materials (resin/colorants). Cycle counting of warehouse inventory. Complete electronic transfers within the ERP System. Picking, wrapping and staging of customer orders. Load and unload pallets of finished goods and WIP from production trailers. Daily involvement with the Shipping Department coordinating outbound shipments to customers. Coordination with the Receiving Department regarding inbound purchases for Manufacturing. Any other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills A qualified Warehouse Associate candidate would fulfill these requirements: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Experience within a warehouse setting to accomplish essential duties, or accrued on-the-job training is preferred. Prior knowledge of ERP systems is preferred. MGS Mfg.
